Jo Dobson is the longest serving member of the Performance HR team, joining the team as a HR Consultant and trusted advisor with over 10 years of commercial experience across a range of businesses and industries. Jo joined the team following 5 years as a Senior Consultant for Human Resources at Ernst and Young. Prior to this, Jo held various project management, recruitment and consulting roles.
Completing her Diploma in Human Resource Management at Swinburne University in 2011, Jo joined the Performance HR team to support a variety of HR projects and quickly became our resident Recruitment expert. Initially partnering with our clients to establish and embed their own internal recruitment processes to support cultural and values based candidate “fit”, Jo quickly became the go-to person for clients seeking the perfect candidate to fit their business.
In addition to recruitment projects, Jo works on a variety of HR projects including Policies & Procedures, Position Descriptions and KPIs, Induction and internal processes.
Jo’s vibrant personality and genuine commitment to deeply understanding our client needs makes her an asset to the Performance HR team, and to our clients.
