Brittany Rogers-Monk is an experienced Human Resource professional with key capabilities in HR systems, policies and procedures, employee relations and compliance.
Brittany has recently completed her Masters in Human Resource Management at La Trobe University. These further studies have given Brittany the valuable ability to make strategic links between Human Resources theories and concepts into practical, real life solutions.
Brittany has worked across small and large business and has developed her practical skills and expertise in Human Resources. She brings exceptional customer service and project management skills to the Performance HR team.
From the early stages of her career, Brittany put into practice her understanding of individuals (gained through her Bachelor Degree in Psychology at RMIT) in the businesses setting and strives to find the best outcomes for our clients.
As a key part of the Performance HR team, Brittany enjoys working closely with small to medium family businesses where she helps them with a wide variety of HR related matter such as conducting HR Audits, Modern Award Wage Reviews, developing customised Employee Handbooks and Employment Contracts.
Brittany’s proactive, friendly and approachable manner makes her a valuable asset to the Performance HR team, and to our clients.
