Welcome to Performance HR

 

Established in early 2012, Performance HR was founded to provide business a trusted HR advisor, someone who will understand and guide toward the best outcomes. We take a long term perspective, focusing on your business – not ours.  Performance HR offers a variety of services to suit small, medium and large organisations across a range of industries. Predominately servicing Manufacturing, Wholesale & Distribution, FMCG and construction industries. Also have clients in Hospitality, Information Technology and Retail.  We understand that every client situation is different. We don’t believe ‘Best Practice’ is right for everyone (or anyone for that matter). We take the time to understand the outcomes our clients want to achieve and provide advice, systems and tools that are customised to each situation.

We work closely with the stakeholders, share knowledge and develop the team to ensure they can continue the work themselves. Things may change and adapt as we go along, we are flexible and can adapt and change our approach at any time.  A smarter and more effective approach to HR consulting. Performance HR considers your needs and can tailor an approach that suits, we work with our clients to provide the support that is required, this may be guidance when planning for project, or full project assignment and completion and anything in between.

 

Performance HR takes a development approach. We work in partnership with you and your team to deliver outcomes whilst sharing our knowledge and where possible providing development opportunities. We believe that involving and guiding your key stakeholders involvement in project delivery is important for their own development, ensures ongoing support for the project and saves the client money!
