Founded by Director Gillian Statham in early 2012, Performance HR was established to provide businesses a trusted HR advisor, someone who will understand the intricacies of their business and guide them toward commercial HR and people management solutions.
Identifying a gap in the market for businesses who required HR support but didn’t want to be locked into a contract or pay for what they didn’t need, Performance HR was born! Our clients engage us on an ad-hoc, project or regular basis depending on their needs. This means we are only ever as good as our last project or deliverable and our long list of repeat clients highlights our commitment to quality work.
Gillian leads the Performance HR team to be 100% client and relationship focused, thoughtfully opinionated and deadline driven. We value our relationships, are responsive, anticipate our clients needs and follow all our projects and initiatives through to the very end.
We understand that every client situation is different. We don’t believe ‘Best Practice’ is right for everyone (or anyone for that matter). We take the time to understand the outcomes our clients want to achieve and provide advice, systems and tools that are customised to each situation.
Where practical, Performance HR take a development approach. We work in partnership with you and your team to deliver outcomes whilst sharing our knowledge and, where possible, providing development opportunities. We believe that involving and guiding your key stakeholders in project delivery is important for their own development, ensures ongoing support for the project and saves time (money)!
